I hate when that happens! I'm happy to repair it for you as long as you have the pendent or at least most of the stones for your bracelet. If I no longer have the stones in stock please be patient as I get more.

This is a free service for your first year after purchase for up to 2 repairs. This is what I ask in return, that you pay for the shipping to me. I will pay for the shipping back to you. Expect $4-$6 for a small package, similar size to what I sent you. Make sure its protected in the package.

Crystals are not damage proof but things happen and I understand. I repair my own items on occasion. Please understand they are custom and you may not get the same exact wrap again but I will put in the same effort. Intuition doesn't hit the same so what you get might look different. I am very happy to work with you to make it right and get you what you want.
