Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer both with original purchase and returns.
We do not offer refunds on any of our programs or sessions. Crystals items that are in new condition (unopened, & not damaged, or broken in any way) can be returned within 15 days of arrival. You will be responsible for returning the item within the 15-day return window and paying for return shipping costs. If free promotional items were offered with your purchase, both the item sold and promotional items must be returned for a refund.
